Introduction:

My name is Denis Alibašić, and my current position is a Technical Team Lead as well as Software Developer. I assist the team in a number of tasks including smooth execution and delivery of the projects as I am also involved in creating REST API services amongst other functions in a very agile team.

Technical Team Lead role:

• Project Reporting: Updating management and other stakeholders with information about the current status of the project on a recurrent basis.
• Task Coordination: Performing the processes of task assigning, coordination or assignments with analysis for efficiency in performance for maximization of productivity.
• Technical Implementation: Participation in building of the models or endpoints or any software, and fixing bugs.
• Management of Instructional processes: Running daily scrum meetings, coordinating planning meetings and the execution of the sprints, and running other activities for improvement.

Software Developer role:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Utilizing AWS services (S3, Secrets Manager, EC2, CloudWatch) for deployment as well as Azure for configuring Azure Enterprise applications for SSO with client-credential flow and application role-based security and messaging queue service
• Development and Maintenance: Identification, Implementation of models, and endpoints and also other data related tasks and software bug fixes to enhance effective service.
